Small Batch Artisan Gin Providers
Based at 500 year old Thundry Farm in the Surrey Hills, Elstead Village Distillers was formed in August 2017.
At the distillery, we pride ourselves in the quality of our classic Thundry Hills Gins. These are all distilled using the London Dry method meaning nothing is added after the distillation with the exception of Spring Water, which is used to adjust the ABV to our chosen strength.

Original
The Spirit of the Hills
A rich tasting gin with caraway and sweet orange. Smooth with a warming taste of cassia bark.
Enjoy neat over ice or mix with your favorite tonic and finish off with a twist of fresh orange.
Original is an ideal base for cocktails including White Lady and our own Leprechaun cocktail.

Sanctuary
Citrus Twist
Zesty aromas of citrus and pine with a kick of juniper. You'll experience elderberry on the tongue with a medium-long finish and an aftertaste of sherbet lemons.
Enjoy neat over ice or make your own distinctive flavour by mixing with your favorite tonic and a slice of lime.
Makes a delicious Pink Gin with Angostura Bitters.

Pear and Mango
Full of intriguing aromas of caraway and ripe pears with an underlying mango fruitiness, it's the perfect gin for a warm evening.
Enjoy neat over ice or mixed with your favourite tonic, complemented with a slice of pear.
Try PM with Rose Lemonade over ice for a long Spring/Summer long drink.

Taste of the Season
One of our seasonal surprises, it mixes the aroma and flavours of Autumn with the fireside warmth of Winter.

Michaelmas is recommended with Clementine tonic or alternatively with warm Cloudy Apple juice.
